I will never stay at this hotel again. I had a wonderful rate, but with that comes not having your room clean for four days. I was informed when I checked in on a Sunday that the room would be cleaned every other day which for us meant Tuesday I checked out one day early Because my room was not cleaned as of 3 o'clock on Wednesday. I tried to call numerous times, no answer. I walked down to the main desk to tell them on Tuesday and Wednesday, and all the woman behind the desk did was right it in a little notebook. The second night there the neighbors to the room next to us were having a loud party yelling on the back of me playing loud music again. I tried to call but no avail I got dressed at midnight went down to the lobby and complained and nothing was done. The only positive thing in that hotel was the pool

I enjoyed the view from my room. The bed was comfortable but worn like too much. The A/C didn’t work very good. The temperature never changed no matter what the setting was. My favorite restaurant was the oyster bar.

It was a little dirty. The smell of tobacco was way too strong. And the bath tub was literally lifting off the floor and inside the tub, the floor was all bubbly. It was nasty

I reserved a total three rooms for our family, one of the rooms had a leak in the bathroom and it got flooded, my make-up that I had in the bathroom got ruined!! We had to go stay in one of the other rooms! When I told them at the front desk, they offered to only charge 1/2 the price, we shouldn’t have had to pay, we couldn’t use that room!!
Secondly the carpets were so dirty and stained in all three rooms!
Thirdly, the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress sinked in
Fourthly; the air conditioning was very noisy!

Dark and dank facility. Horrible artwork on walls. Only one staff member at check in and at check out. Smelly hallways and room. Bathroom in room tiny, unable close door with ease. Safe broken, unable to get security to assist with fixing, unable to secure valuables. Unable to get housekeeping service, they never took me off hold. Unable to connect phone to TV “please try again later”, only had terrible basic cable. No fridge unless wanting to pay $25 plus tax. Alarm clock going off in middle of night. No convenient phone charger, no C charger. Unable to check out on TV “unavailable at this time”. Curiously, a sliding glass window even though our room was on the 10th floor. Tiny casino with unfriendly dealer at roulette table, no dollar chips only $5 or higher. Terrible experience, cannot recommend

I was there for a wedding so there were a lot of friends and family that went and booked this hotel. A lot of us got the updated rooms and some of us got the renovated rooms for the same price. It was kind of upsetting. The rest room showers were terrible. The curtains were failing off. They kept gravitating towards the center leaving the sides exposed and our floor was constantly flooded. We had rooms right by an area where there was constant construction going on and the view out the window were rooftops and ac units. I’ll never book the golden nugget again. Oh and their Starbucks downstairs isn’t really Starbucks. They just sell Starbucks merch so we couldn’t use any of our 20 gift cards there that we’ve collected over the years.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I had a wonderful rate, but with that comes not having your room clean for four days.
