Successful applicants will be required to submit their bank account details to our payment agency for payment processing. This information is solely kept between our payment agency and will not be collected by Traveloka Services Pte. Ltd.
The incentive payout will be calculated at the end of every month. Once tabulated and announced, the payment will be processed and transferred to the provided bank account details after 30 days.
All additional fees are to be borne by the participants if required.
Xplorers are responsible to provide their accurate information for payment purposes. Traveloka is not responsible for any payment failure resulting from missing or inaccurate information provided.
The rewards would be forfeited 2 months after unsuccessful payment attempt by our payment agency.
Please raise any dispute in the payment within 30 days of receiving such information. Any feedback received after the period is deemed as acceptance and will not be entertained.
In the event of abusive behaviours and/or fraud/suspicious activities, Traveloka remains the right to claw back the rewards after proper review.
Traveloka’s decisions remained final and absolute.
