staff is polite, clean room, changes towel everyday, sure to comeback

Hotel is located at very good location but quality and cleanliness was not acceptable.

Good Location, around 400 meters from Jordan station exit D. Just 5 mins walk to Tsim Tsa Tsui. Surrounded by restaurant and convenience store. The room is clean. Bed is too hard, but value to money.

The receptionist was mad at me, and didn't listen to me until the end, because my English was bad.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean, and the staff clean every day. Very comfortable place and near to everywhere. Connect to mall. Connect to MTR. Connect to bus station. But I have a moment Disappointment: the room AC was very hot, even though the setting was 18 degrees. But it 's very hot and there are lots of mosquitoes. (1709) 😭.

She cleans the room everyday and change the towel, but never give extra tissue during 6 days stay. I like the location of the hotel near bus stop and MTR. Many restaurant, mall and souvenirs shops nearby.

Our stay is 4 nights 4 days: ✔️ Budget-friendly ✖️ we were welcomed by cockroaches (small to medium size) ✖️ we keep sneezing the whole time (probably due to dust and unchanged ancient curtains) ✔️ Aircon properly working ✖️ shower heater not working the last day ✖️ they collect the trash only 2 days the 2 remaining days was a mess ✔️ Very Accessible to MTR; Ferry (in case there are protests and no MTR & train) ✔️ Very Accessible to convenience store and fast food ✔️ You can leave your baggage upon check-out and just return before going to airport ✔️ Indian staffs are approachable

Location is around 1 km from Mongkok station so be preprare to bring your luggage along the way. For the room is clean but small. The bathroom is very small. And they didn't give you water. Cuma dikasi botol minum trus musti ambil ke restaurant ny. Pelit ya. Pas dtg lagi renov jadi mayan ga nyaman karna lift ny. Pas ke airport sih mayan OK karna ada free shuttle bus ke kowloon station yg konek ke airport express jadi mayan OK lah. Entah kenapa klo malem dingin bgt kamar ny pdhal ac ny uda dimatiin. Wifi ny OK bgt.
