It was a very good experience of staycation. The breakfast is delicious and various menus. The pool is wide enough and kids love it. Thanks Aston Simatupang. Please keep it and get improve is better.

Stayed one night, and at night there was a call offering a spa from a gentle female voice. An additional 1.5 liter bottle of Aqua is charged IDR 25,000. There is a problem with the room key.

1. Ac was not working properly. 2. Ordered some food via gojek they can only drop it at security pos which literaly outside of the building. So unconvinient to walk outside in the middle of the night. 3. They gave torn towels.

The hotel is affordable, staffs are nice, spacious parking area and overall quality is good enough for the price. However, there is room for improvements in the cleanliness. Since this is a Green hotel, they use recycled water for flushing — and this creates stains in the toilet which is a big minus point for me. Unfortunately, the toilet flushing was also broken at some point and needs to be fixed at night time. My suggestion is to improve SOP for the maintenance and clean quality for the bathroom. Gym facilities also needs improvement, since it ' s outdated and some of equipments are not able to be operated anymore.
