Baru saja melakukan perjalanan 4 hari 3 malam. Lovely staff (karyawan ramah), clean room (kamar bersih), beautiful (bagus), beautiful view (pemandangannya juga bagus). Just like the picture I booked (persis seperti yang saya pesan di gambar). Arrived at 10am to rent a car and go out to eat, at 12pm the staff called to check in early (tiba pukul 10 pagi, menyewa mobil dan pergi makan, pukul 12 siang staf menelepon untuk check-in kamar lebih awal). Going to the center and Da Lat Market is super close, just a few minutes by car (pergi ke pusat kota dan Pasar Da Lat sangat dekat, hanya beberapa menit dengan mobil). Next time I will come back (lain kali saya akan kembali). Overall a fun experience (secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang menyenangkan).

Lovely room, clean, cute decoration. I have one suggestion: Home's indoor slippers, I don't know why every one of them hurts my feet when I wear them. It looks like it's bothering its feet, those blue sandals.

Checked in early at 6am and the staff still supported without extra charge because my family had a small child. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The staff cleaned the room every day, felt comfortable like at home. Next time my family goes to Da Lat, we will still stay here.

The Luxe Hotel Dalat

The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

Swiss-Belresort Tuyen Lam Dalat

I want to express my good experience staying in this hotel. I was on holiday with 2 children, incredibly beautiful nature, fresh air, a magnificent view of the golf fields. My children really liked that hotel included 2 swimming pools: outdoors and warmed-water indoor. There is also a children's playroom. The breakfast is great, a lot of choice. Lunch and dinner in the ala carte restaurant was also at a high level. The hotel staff is very attentive and good-mannered. The guys at the reception, the restaurant and bar workers, the pool staff—you are very cool and we want to say a big thank you from our family. You made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We would like to express our special gratitude to Eric. Eric—you are a professional in your field, you care about absolutely every visitor in the hotel and try to make maximum efforts to ensure that the visitor's stay is very comfortable. Coming and staying at this hotel for my family was a very good decision~ the hotel is located in the center, very close to the market, it's convenient to go anywhere, the important thing is the room is spacious and clean, it's very enjoyable to stay. especially with young children!! If given the chance, my family would still choose this place!! He even silently gave you a birthday cake and a nice card when he found out it was your birthday that day!! so thoughtful!!
