Only valid on the day after check-in. For ages 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) the kid price will be charged. Those aged 12 and above will be charged an adult price. Those aged 2 and below can enter the restaurant free of charge and share a meal with an adult
● One-day park tickets for two adults (Only valid on the day after check-in day)
● One Park Dining Voucher Set of Three A (Only valid on the day after check-in day. For more details, please refer to the “Park Dining Voucher Set of Three A”)

Standard Combo Meal for One Voucher in Selected Quick Service Restaurants:
1. This voucher can be redeemed for a Standard Combo Meal for One (excluding any “feast” combo, specialty beverages, desserts, etc.) in Selected Quick Service Restaurants within the park during the restaurant’s operating hours. The redeemable Standard Combo Meal for One shall not exceed the retail price of RMB 128. The menu is subject to restaurant availability.
2. This voucher is a dated voucher. Redemption is only valid during the voucher validity period and will not be accepted at any other time.
3. This voucher can only be used when redeeming the Standard Combo Meal in select restaurants and can only be used once per transaction.
4. For the applicable restaurant operation times, please refer to the official release on the Shanghai Disney Resort official App. Due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any restaurants in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend or close any restaurants.
5. The applicable restaurants are located at Shanghai Disneyland. To access, park admission is required. Park admission is not included with this product.
6. Each voucher has one QR code and can only be used once.
7. This voucher may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. The purchase of any products that exceed the amount of the voucher shall be paid by the holder of the voucher.
8. The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless otherwise provided by law.

Selected Outdoor Vending Carts Snack Voucher:
1. This voucher can be redeemed for a snack (excluding ice cream) in Selected Outdoor Vending Carts within the Park during the Outdoor Vending Cart’s operating hours. The redeemable snack shall have a retail price between RMB 40 to RMB 45. The menu is subject to Outdoor Vending Carts availability. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions below.
2. This voucher can only be redeemed during Outdoor Vending Carts operation hours. The operating hours of the Outdoor Vending Carts are subject to the actual operation of the park on the day. It is suggested to redeem the voucher from 10:30 - 17:00. Due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any Outdoor Vending Carts in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend or close any Outdoor Vending Carts.
3. The applicable Outdoor Vending Carts are located at Shanghai Disneyland. To access, park admission is required. Park admission is not included in this product.
4. Each voucher has one QR code and can only be used once.
5. This voucher is a dated coupon and redemption is only valid during the coupon validity period.
6. This voucher may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless otherwise provided by law.
7. This coupon is not applicable to catering souvenir products (such as catering souvenir cups, popcorn buckets, special drink straws, dessert spoons, coasters, etc.).

In order to claim the coupon, guests must bind their park ticket after they have entered the park by,
Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App and click on “Me” – “Scan” to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Or
Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account, sending the keyword “My Center”, and click on ”My Center” – “Scan” to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Guests can view and redeem the coupon in ”My Coupon” on the Shanghai Disney Resort official App or WeChat account “My Center”. Open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when ready to use.
＊＊It is recommended for guests to download Shanghai Disney Resort Official App and sign up as a member in their own area before arriving in Mainland of China.


▹ Hotel:

- For the Disney Dream Vacation Selected Package at least 1-day advance booking is required. 

- For the Early Bird Selected Package at least 14-day advance booking is required. This hotel stay is only valid during the above period. Hotel visitation dates are required to be selected by guests when purchasing the offer
- Each room can accommodate up to two adults and two children aged 11 and below. If the number of occupants exceeds the above limit, an additional room fee will be charged according to the rack rate and number of people on the day
- The personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase. The person whose name is under the booking must check in at the hotel’s front desk
- Ages 17 and below must have a parent or guardian’s permission upon check-in. Each room should have at least one adult who is 18 years old or above
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am

- Additional adults and children should pay additional adult or child fee in the restaurant (according to restaurant price). ▹ Park:
- This offer includes one-day tickets for two adults. Guests can only enter the park on the next day following their hotel check-in (For example, if a check-in date is July 6, 2023, then the valid date of the park ticket is on July 7, 2023)
- This offer contains one-day dated tickets for two adults/Two-day dated park tickets for two adults and will be printed by the hotel concierge; the guests can reserve priority access to one select attraction in advance from the concierge
- The park ticket holder’s personal identification information must be the same personal identification information provided during the hotel check-in. In other words, guests who enter the park should be the ones checking in at the hotel
- With the consecutive-day dated ticket, the guest who enters the park on the two separate occasions must be the same person. When entering the park for the second time, the guest photo and government ID information collected during the first visit will be used for guest validation.
- If the paper ticket obtained when entering the park for the first time is lost, the replacement procedure is as follows:The guests should visit the hotel concierge. The tickets will be reprinted after the guests provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the hotel reservation information
- Guests can purchase more park tickets at the concierge if needed. Guests staying at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel can reserve priority access to one select attraction in advance when buying the Shanghai Disneytown tickets from the concierge
- All guests are required to provide their valid ID (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel documents) and their park ticket when entering the park via Disneytown entrance
- Ages 15 and below must be accompanied by guests aged 16 and above when entering the park

- This offer includes ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace for two adults. Guests can only experience the ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace on the day of their hotel check-in. (For example, if a check-in date is August 21, 2023, then the valid date of the ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace is on August 21, 2023)
- This offer contains ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace for two adults and will only be available with the assistance of the hotel concierge; the guests are required to provide their full name, valid ID information, and mobile phone number.

- The ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace holder’s personal identification information must be the same personal identification information provided during the hotel check-in. In other words, guests who experience the ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace should be the ones checking in at the hotel
- This offer includes ‘ILLUMINATE!” A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace for two adults and is only providing access to the Imagination Terrace, located in Disneytown. Park admission is not required nor provided as part of this product

- To ensure a smooth entry to the area, guests are required to provide their valid ID information (for Mainland China guests, please bring your PRC Resident ID Card. For Hong Kong China and Macao China guests, please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. For Taiwan guests, please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. For other guests, please bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) and their prepaid order number (the order number usually begins with SHDR and is followed by numbers. You can find it in your confirmation SMS or order history) 

- After the Imagination Terrace viewing area is open for access, you need to redeem the service when entering the area, which is located on the left-hand side of the Walt Disney Grand Theater. Accompanying adults are also required to show the ID/travel document/passport of the child with free access if the child is aged 3 or below
- When entering the Imagination Terrace, the guest who booked the reservation should show his/her valid ID and enter with everyone else under the booking reservation at the same time
- At least one guest in your party must be aged 16 or above to use this paid product

- Those aged 2 and below will not be charged

- Guests aged 16 years or above can take at most one child aged 2 or below on the day of their visit to experience the show
- Please note that the viewing area involves full outdoor standing. All guests who purchase the product need to share the same viewing area
- The operating hours of the Imagination Terrace viewing area are from 45 minutes before the start of the ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration until 10 minutes after the show finishes. Guests can check the show schedule on the Shanghai Disney Resort official website and Shanghai Disney Resort official app
- The Imagination Terrace entrance is located next to The Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Disneytown, located to the left-hand side of the theater. The registration opens 45 minutes before the start of each ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration. Please arrive on time based on the ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration show schedule
- The Imagination Terrace is an open, outdoor venue that is exposed to weather conditions, therefore we recommend that you check the forecast in advance of your visit and dress appropriately
- Firework effects in the performance may be removed due to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances
- The show may be subject to operational adjustment from time to time
- We reserve the right to close or change the schedule of the ’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace service operation for safety reasons, such as weather
- As with other live entertainment in the park, the presentation of ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration may be impacted due to inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions. For example, during poor weather including but not limited to high wind, poor air quality, heavy fog, and/or lighting, we may adjust or remove the fireworks effect, or temporarily delay or cancel the show
- Please maintain good personal hygiene; respect personal space and avoid standing too close to other guests
- Selfie sticks are not permitted during the show
- Guests in Disneytown are expected to comply with the ‘Disneytown Rules and Regulations’ https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/disneytown-rules/

- The ‘ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace is non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable (unless otherwise provided by law)

- We may photograph, film, videotape, and/or record at Disneytown, and use these images and/or sound recordings. Your entry to Disneytown constitutes your consent to be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes

- We reserve the right to close or restrict access to areas of Disneytown for safety reasons, such as weather or overcrowding. Please comply with all notices, and all instructions and requests of any staff member, posted, given, or made for the purpose of ensuring safety and order. These rules and regulations are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these rules, “we” means either or both “Shanghai International Theme Park Associated Facilities Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”
