redemption was easy. present the qr code then they give you wrist tag. dreamworld has lots of features from snow town to rides and photo op areas. just enough day trip to go around

Pihak dream world sangat bertanggung jawab dan responsif, dari H-3 sudah mencoba berkomunikasi dengan kita langsung ataupun melalui traveloka support secara paralel. Sekalipun ada keterbatasan bahasa dan menggunakan apps translation, kemudahan dan kejelasan dapat dicapai. Tempat ini sudah lama beroperasi, cocok untuk membawa keluarga dan anak untuk bermain.

the games are not many and less exciting. For example, ages 10-15 years old will enjoy the rides. My advice is that if you want to visit, it's better to come on the weekend. Many attractions such as the Hollywood ride are open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Fantastic park just outside the city. Great selection of rides for adults & children. Highly professional staff and beautifully manicured grounds. Excellent food choices. Will definitely be back!

The rides are just normal... yesterday when I went there, many of the rides were under renovation, especially the children's rides. So the choice of children's rides is not available and less varied

Staff were checking my ticket for 10mins for getting the ticket. but my boyfriend who is Thai, got the ticket right away even tho I book for him and mine in here and after we entered dreamworld the staff ran to us and asking the ticket booking number because they had mistake

Our experience here is exciting, because we came late + it was raining so there were some rides that couldn't run because of the rain, after a few minutes (-+30 minutes) we could use them again. The queue to get tickets is quite time-consuming, right? because Traveloka Indonesia is not detected by the Traveloka Thailand application, so it takes quite a long time to pick up the ticket
for fun games, yes, we ordered tickets that were supervised (so unlimited play) free as much as we like, our advice is to come early, so we can play all of them hehe

it's fun to play here.. you can take pictures, you can play hot, you can get really cold ones too 😁 because you can play in the snow here. the queue is fun, not long, so you can play 1 vehicle several times. the kids are happy, the parents are happy too. if you go to bangkok, you can play here besides shopping 😁

Booking through the app is considered very good, convenient, fast, cheap, but there is no notification about closed rides or days when there are many children going on excursions. So it's a little disappointing. but overall is very good But it is advisable to call the amusement park first to ask if there are children going on a field trip. And what players are closed?
