Show your Traveloka voucher and vaccination proof at the reception.
Open the My Orders page on your Traveloka app at the reception.
Tap "View Voucher and How to Redeem".
Select the Voucher you wish to redeem and then slide the button at the bottom of the page.

Offline redemption:

Show your Traveloka voucher and vaccination proof at the reception.
Tap "View Voucher and How to Redeem" to see the voucher QR code.
Show the QR code at the reception.

Batavia Barber reserves the right to refuse customers who cannot show a valid identification card.
Customer Service will contact you by phone to confirm your booked time slot within a maximum of 45 minutes after the voucher is issued.
If you do not receive a phone call within 45 minutes after the voucher is issued, please contact Customer Service by phone.
You can reschedule within the validity period if there are available time slots.
Refunds will be processed according to the Cancellation Policy.
Batavia Barber reserves the right to refuse customers who are more than 15 minutes late. In this situation, the booking cannot be refunded. You can reschedule if it is still within the validity period.
