Very good service from the staff, as soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted and directed to the counter with what I had ordered via the app and was immediately told to enter without queuing.

Buying tickets on the app is cheaper than on the spot and without queuing because there is a special lane for entry, the staff and canteen at Jungle are friendly and the facilities are friendly for the disabled, the air is cool and the mountain water, basically it's fun to have a holiday at Jungle Bogor.

Ticket exchange is easy and no hassle queuing, the rides are also exciting and cleanliness is well maintained. Security is also guaranteed because each pool has officers on duty. The pools are also diverse.
