The service is good, the staff inside the location are very friendly and it's very fun to play, my child likes it. Suggestions if you travel there, you should wear a thick jacket, gloves and socks because it's very cold.

There are not enough rides.. Most of the equipment is rented if you go inside🫢 We only went in for 40 minutes and went out because we didn't know what else to do.

extraordinary experience filling school holidays ..... toilet facilities can be added inside the rides ... and it can be socialized more if it is suggested to bring jackets, hats and gloves to service users ... so that those from far away can prepare

It was a very enjoyable experience at Snow World TS Makassar. As a suggestion, maybe the cost of claiming photos from photographers can be more economical and maybe the entrance fee already includes getting one of the photos taken by the photographer.

It is still the only ice ride in Makassar, if you get a discount, it's cheap, if the normal price is too expensive, all additional rides are paid except for the cable car, there shouldn't be any additional payment so it's crowded
