We couldn't find the location even after login to your map. I spent a lot of time and money to go there. Please tell me if you can refund or even just rebooking my voucher.

Bought the tandem ride and it was an experience my son and I will never forget. Ease of redeeming the voucher until getting on the ATV was a breeze. The guide was also really helpful and informative. He also helped to take videos and photos of all our activities! The track itself was on a private area which made it feel safe. Will absolutely come back again!

My wife and I decided to try this activity, hoping for an exciting adventure. Instead, it became a horrifying ordeal. The Accident That Changed Everything During the ride, my wife’s bike toppled. She suffered multiple fractures, and we had to rush her to a local hospital. The hospital staff didn’t speak English (understandably), which made explaining the situation agonizing. The doctor insisted on immediate surgery, but with no confidence in the setup, we booked the next flight back to India for proper treatment. Why This Happened – Serious Concerns Ignored by the Guides Despite raising multiple red flags to the guide beforehand, they dismissed our concerns. Here's what makes this experience not just unsafe but outright dangerous: 1. Substandard Safety Gear No shin pads, elbow pads, or proper protection—only a helmet and rubber boots. The lack of essential gear is an invitation to disaster. 2. Poorly Maintained Bikes The bikes are in terrible condition. While they technically "work," they’re far from reliable. Rear brakes don’t function, forcing you to rely solely on front brakes. This makes stopping unpredictable and prone to accidents like “stoppies” that can flip the bike. 3. Uncontrollable Handling The handlebars are extremely stiff, making it difficult to maneuver the bike safely. 4. Unsafe Terrain for Beginners There’s no introductory training or easy terrain to familiarize yourself with the bikes. They throw you straight into challenging, risky trails, amplifying the chance of an accident. A Heart-Stopping Warning This is not just an activity—it’s a gamble with your safety. If you value your life and your trip, avoid this at all costs. If you’re feeling adventurous and still want to try it: Do it on the last day of your trip, so a potential injury won’t ruin your plans. Check the bike’s condition meticulouly

The guide is really great! It's fun!! The ATV is a bit heavy so if you're not really brave, it's better to ride pillion with the guide. Redeeming the voucher is also really easy!
