After your booking has been verified, the tour operator will contact you to confirm your booking within a maximum of 24 hours after the voucher has been issued.
If you are not contacted within that time frame, please contact the tour operator through the phone number on the voucher.
If you will be picked up at your hotel, please input your hotel name and room number along with other important information to the ’Additional Booking Info’ fields before payment.
During the meet-up, show a valid Traveloka voucher (not proof of transfer or invoice) on your mobile phone to the tour operator.
Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.
