Free pick-up service is available in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Please kindly provide your hotel name and full address in the “Notes” section when making your reservation.

If your hotel is located outside the Old Quarter or during peak travel seasons, you may be requested to meet at a designated meeting point.

If your hotel is near the Old Quarter area, please contact us in advance, we will do our best to support you.

NOTE: During high season, free pick-up may be limited to selected hotels only. Thank you for your understanding.

We use a luxury limousine bus for transportation, but on the day of the tour, if there is only one participant in total, or if you make a reservation one day in advance of the departure date, if the limousine bus is full, a 35-seat bus may be used for.

Regarding the sea kayaking or rowing boat options, for safety reasons, we recommend row boats for travelers with children or infants.

ー CHILDREN POLICY ー

Children from 0-4 years old and under 1.2m are free of charge (limited)

Children from 5-10 years old: 75% of adults

From 11 years old is charged as an adult

ー CANCELLATION POLICY ー

Depending on bad weather conditions or local authority’s decision, Halong Bay Cruise may be instructed to be canceled by Halong City.

If it is determined that the flight is canceled the day before the departure date or the morning of the departure date, before the transfer to the hotel, the itinerary will be changed to Tam Coc Hang Mua sightseeing. In that case, we will contact you by email.

If the bus is canceled after departing from Hanoi, you will return to Hanoi after having lunch on the docked cruise ship.

If you do not agree with the two options, we will refund you.

ー FAQ ー

Q: Does the bus pick me up on time as schedule?

A: We will try to be on time, however, traffic in Hanoi is very busy in the morning, and the group tour bus needs to pick up other customers. It also depends on another customers’ punctuality. Please understand this and be patient to wait for the bus at hotel lobby to be picked up.

Q: I would like to know if the accommodation is eligible for pick-up and drop-off.

A: We cannot make any guarantees at this time as it may change depending on the number of participants and the schedule on the day of participation. Once you have made your reservation, the local operating company will contact you when your reservation is confirmed. Please check your reservation confirmation email (voucher).

Q: Is it possible for one person to participate on a normal cruise?

A: It is possible to make a reservation, but since the minimum number of participants is less than 10, if there are no other participants on the scheduled date, we will either inform you of another date or cancel your reservation. (*Basically, answers will be answered at least 2 days before the participation date)

Q: What kind of outfit should I wear to participate in the tour?

A: Please wear clothes and shoes that are easy to move in. If you wish to experience sea kayaking during the tour, please bring your swimsuit and towel. *We will guide you to a changing area. *Your pants may get wet during the sea kayaking experience.

Q: Where should I experience kayaking/rowing?

A: The kayaking experience location is around Luon Cave.

Q: Are sea kayak or rowing boat free of charge?

A: Sea kayaks and rowboats are both optional, if you join, you can pay the guide to arrange it for you.

1. One rowing boat can accommodate 4 people, and your pants won't get wet. For those who are not good at physical activity or who want to take a leisurely trip, we recommend taking a bamboo boat rowed by a local.

2. Kayaking is a bit difficult if you are not physically strong, as you have to row it yourself. Sea kayaking is for two people, and your pants will get wet, so it is recommended that you bring a change of clothes. If you are using a sea kayak, you can leave your baggage on the ship's chair such as your cell phone or camera, but if you want to carry your wallet, you will have to carry it yourself. When experiencing sea kayaking, you can take out your shoes and participate barefoot. No sandals required.

ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Halong Bay is located in northern Vietnam, 180 kms from China, and is a vast bay of approximately 1,540 km² with approximately 2,000 strangely limestone rocks of various sizes floating on the surface. The beautiful scenery, which looks like a large landscape painting, is said to be the most scenic spot in Vietnam.

ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Discovered by the French in 1901. They named it “La Grotte des Surprises” (Surprise Cave) to convey the beauty and grandeur of the cave, which is larger than expected, and because Sung Sot means surprise in Vietnamese. When you enter the cave, there are three rooms in order of small, medium and large.The last and largest room is a very large space that spreads out inside the cave, highlighting the beauty of the stalactites themselves.

ー SPOT INTRODUCTION ー Ti Top has a steep slope on one side and an inclined slope on the other side. The beach coast here has a moon-like shape with the smooth white sand and is favored with stunning nature. You can find its water clear and blue all year round, thus making pebbles visible on the sandy bottom. All of these geographical factors turn Ti Top Island into a must-visit stopover in Halong Bay.
