Ta Cu Mountain, with an elevation of 649 meters, is located near National Highway 1A in Thuận Nam town, Hàm Thuận Nam district, Bình Thuận province, Vietnam. Formerly a volcanic mountain, it has now been developed into an ecotourism area with the TTC Ta Cu cable car being a prominent tourism project in the province. As per a survey conducted by the Forest Planning Institute, Ta Cu Mountain hosts a rich biodiversity, with 178 animal species and 77 rare herbs identified in its environs.
