My family went during the holiday so there were more visitors than usual. The hot weather and the waiting for my turn to visit the amusement parks made me a bit tired. However, my little one really liked the zoo, there were many animals he saw for the first time so the trip was very interesting.

My son and I had a fun day at VinWonders Nam Hoi An. We liked the safari area the most, sitting on a boat to watch swans, and even saw giraffes. The space is spacious, cool, and comfortable to walk around. At night, lanterns are hung everywhere, looking sparkling and pleasant. It wasn't too crowded so we could play and rest without getting tired. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing trip. However, due to poor public awareness, the changing rooms were unsanitary, and there was a lot of trash thrown around, causing blockages and water stagnation.

Very convenient from the time you enter the ticket gate and eat at the buffet stores when you buy combo tickets from Traveloka in advance.

Good service. Ticket price is a bit high. If traveling in large groups, ticket price should be reduced. Diverse food service

Checking in luggage is quite difficult. The buggy has tickets but few trips, some buggy drivers are annoyed about picking up passengers.

The games are all quite fun and interesting. The lunch buffet is easy to eat, with extremely delicious snails. However, you should pay attention to your clothes when participating in the water park.

1. The waiting time to get the redemption ticket took up the entire morning time that should have been spent playing before the weather got too hot. I booked a full combo ticket for over 700k for a family of 3 with children, and it took more than an hour to get there from Melia Danang Hotel. At 10am, I lined up to get the paper ticket (I don't understand why I had to buy and pay online and then go through this procedure when in 4.0, I just had to swipe the code and wear the paper on my hand to mark the purchase service??) and it was not until 11am that I was given it. Many customers waiting were equally frustrated when there were only 3 staff members taking turns, and the hot weather with children made my mood drop while I was in the mood to explore the games and had to stand because there was no place to sit. Then when I got the ticket, my legs were so tired that I had to go straight to lunch, which took more than 1 hour -> I had to take a nap in the rest room for another 2 hours (the rest room was cool, clean, and a bit lacking in sleeping space because there were many families staying together) because what could I do in the hot noon sun? So it took 1 hour to travel for 4 hours to get through the hot sun and I couldn't do anything -> I recommend families with private cars to go early in the morning, but I only blame Vinwonder for making them wait in line for too long and annoyingly ruining the mood of those who come. 2. The time children are most interested in Safari is very short, the train moves so fast that they don't have time to see anything (about 20 minutes for the whole trip), and the places they visit are only a few minutes long, so they have to take quick photos, and there's no time to enjoy anything. The animals are diverse, beautiful, and seem to be very well cared for. Oh, there is one thing I question: on the train, there was a guy holding a camera who was very enthusiastic, taking pictures of each baby at the animal photo spot, guiding them to pose, then I asked him if he was a Safari employee, he said yes, implying that I asked if it cost money but he didn't say clearly, he was enthusiastic as if he would take free photos for tourists. But when we got on the train, he took us to the house to take souvenir photos (I think it was Vinwonder's because I don't remember the name) and demanded 100k/photo if we printed them and we could only get the soft file of that one printed photo while we took a lot of photos on the train. I clicked my tongue and thought I was fooled, but because he was enthusiastic and accidentally said to print the photos before knowing the information, we could only get the soft file for one printed photo, so we still printed them. I would like to suggest that any service performed on the train should clearly inform tourists about the price, this is a service that charges money but shows it as free, causing misunderstandings. After Safari, I took my baby to play in the indoor playground for coolness, many games are similar to timezone in shopping malls. The baby got his leg stuck in the toy and got hurt, so I immediately called for help and 3 staff members were there to help. The water park seemed the most interesting and I didn't have time to play the adventure games because I had to move to another place after 5pm, so I left at 5pm. In conclusion, I think it's not worth more than 700k/person, if the buggy service is included in the basic ticket price, it would be more reasonable because this area is super large, surely no one has the time & strength to walk, most of them are families with babies, so I think charging for the buggy is unreasonable.
