Here is the procedure:

Proceed with immigration clearance through VIP service as guided by the staff.

Please meet at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.

Our service will wait for customers for a maximum of 10-15 minutes.

If customers are running late, they must inform us before heading to the airport.

As our service handles many customers, if customers are not on time before their flight (2 hours prior), upon their arrival, our service will return to pick them up, which takes approximately 5 minutes.

In the event that the customer is on time but our service is late (due to our mistake), they should take a picture and send it to us. If the customer can wait and continue with the service, it's acceptable. However, if they prefer to cancel and request an immediate refund, please inform us accordingly.
