Jomblang Cave, known locally as Luweng Jomblang, is an ecotourism site in Gunungkidul. After descending 50 meters into this vertical cave, visitors can see an ancient forest then pass through a muddy tunnel leading to the Grubug Cave. Here, a dramatic "heavenly light" shines through from a hole 90 meters above the ground. Beginners are welcome to visit the cave but must be accompanied by a professional guide at all times.
