วิธีเตรียมตัวไปดูคอนเสิร์ตต่างประเทศ

Hold up, concert fans!! It’s been reported that in May, Singapore will host a huge concert from the queen of all queens, ready to shake Asia with her live performance. The best part? This is the ONLY concert in Asia, so you definitely can't miss it! As Little Monsters, how could we ever miss this, right? But before we go sing our hearts out with the queen, let's check out some pro tips on preparing for an international concert. Rest assured, life will be so much easier, and when you get there, you’ll be on point and ready to rock!

Want to attend an international concert without any hiccups? Check out these must-know tips!

Choose your tickets wisely and with confidence

First things first, make sure you pick the right ticket. Don’t forget to check if it’s for a standing or seated spot and make sure your seat is in a good location. You don't want to stand far from the stage, right? Also, double-check the time and venue to avoid any confusion with ticket or timing issues!

Check your passport!

Of course, your passport is a must-have. Make sure it's valid for at least 6 months before your trip to avoid any trouble with immigration when you arrive in your destination country.

Perfect outfit, ready body!

You’re going to see your favorite artist, so no basic outfits allowed! Pick the most stunning outfit you have, or even go all out with a costume to match the queen herself. And don’t forget your makeup—gold, red, black eyeshadow with some glittering gems to shine. If you’re feeling bold, go for a full-on fashion look that turns heads! But most importantly, make sure it’s comfortable because you’ll be dancing all night. Sneakers are your safest bet. And remember to prepare your body for the show—work out ahead of time to stay energized and keep dancing from the first to the last song!

Don’t forget to check the weather forecast!

When heading to Singapore, you need to be fully prepared for the weather. The climate there is hot and humid, so concerts might be held outdoors. Make sure to pack breathable clothes and sunscreen.

1. Summer all year round… yes, all year long

Singapore has a hot and humid climate all year round, with temperatures generally ranging from 25°C to 31°C. No matter when you go, it’ll feel like summer! It can get hot, but it's not unbearable since there’s always a cool breeze, and you can escape the heat in the air-conditioned malls whenever you need to chill.

2. Rain all year… sometimes just right

Yes, it rains nearly every day in Singapore, especially in the afternoon and evening during the rainy season (or we could call it "frequent rain"). Some days it’s heavy, and some days it’s just a light drizzle, but don't worry! Singapore’s got a great transportation system with walkways connecting buildings and malls, so you won’t get drenched—just bring an umbrella!

3. Monsoon season’s variety

Speaking of rain, let’s not forget the monsoon season! From November to January, the northeast monsoon brings heavier rainfall, but don’t worry, it’s not the kind of storm that causes major damage. The rain usually comes in short bursts, and it’s a peaceful kind of shower.

4. Best time to visit

So when’s the best time to visit? Actually, Singapore is great to visit year-round. If you enjoy the sunny, warm weather, the best time is from January to April when the rain is less frequent. But if you want to escape the heat a little, the monsoon season can also be fun, as the weather is cooler and more comfortable.

Don’t forget these essential items!

ID card/Passport (Definitely don’t forget this!)
Small bag for important items (Not too big, or you might be banned from bringing it in)
Cooling towel/Wet tissues (Perfect for wiping off sweat and freshening up—so your makeup stays intact!)
Credit card or cash
Mobile phone with a spare battery

How to get to the National Stadium Singapore for a concert

Option 1: Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (Circle Line or Downtown Line), then transfer to Circle Line at Marina Bay MRT Station, and head to Stadium Station.

3. Take a taxi or Grab

If you prefer taking a taxi or Grab, you can travel directly from your accommodation. Just be sure to have cash or a card ready, as fares from popular areas like Marina Bay or Orchard Road usually take about 10-15 minutes to reach the stadium.
