The hill is located in Si Nan National Park. We recommend you to visit during Winter, November – February because of the best weather of all year.

The temple is located in the city of Nan. If you are in town, don’t forget to visit Phumin temple which is another landmark and the most important temple of the locals. The famous painting, Phu Man Ya Man or the whisper of love that you might have seen somewhere is actually from here! The architecture alone is impressive that you should check out.
After visiting the temple, you can visit this place as it’s very near too. The Nation Museum will give you knowledge about the history of Nan and the locals. But the highlight here is a beautiful Plumeria Trees Tunnel that you can walk along and take some good shots – best to visit when they are all in full bloom.

If you visit Nan during the weekend, the walking street is also a recommended place for you! The market opens on Friday – Sunday. It is located in Pha Kong, next to Phumin Temple. You can go shopping, eating, and buying souvenirs. Explore local foods and things from this market – prepare your money!
Amazing location that is also a perfect spot for taking photos. Visit Sao Din Na Noi, an ancient rock formation. Made from water erosion and soil piling up that made these rocks into the shape of pillar-like. Meet big walls and cliffs and be mesmerized by what nature has made.
Nan Art Gallery, a gallery that is not far from the city, but located next to Nan River. This place is full of a variety of arts with more than 5 acres. Established by Nan’s artist called ‘Vinai Prabrip’ to collect and exhibit arts in many forms. Go visit the gallery for some beautiful paintings that you might love.

Also located only 2 km. from the city. This temple is said to have been here for 600 years with beautiful Lanna-style architecture. Once you are in the temple, you will spot a big and golden pagoda. Every year, locals hold an important Buddhist festival from February to March.
This temple is one of the temples that is important for locals, and also famous for its beautiful scenery on top of the hill. It is situated on top of the Khao Noi Hill, west of Nan city. Travel up here to see the impressive landscape – especially during the sunset.
Wang Sila Lang is similar to the Grand Canyon of the USA, but here it is more refreshing with a river and waterfall. This canyon is of course made from water erosion, but with the differences of water flow, the shapes of rocks are also different – but beautiful. Head to Pua town to visit this impressive canyon.
Now let’s get back to nature travelling. Sapan Waterfall is located in Bokluea town. A medium-size waterfall with 3 levels. There is water in the fall all year round, not only in the rainy season like anywhere else. So, you can visit this place anytime. Surrounded by green forests and fresh air – a great place to relax yourself.
The only place in the world that still has a mountain rock salt production. Visit the place and get to know and learn how these salts are made by the locals. Do not forget to buy salt back home as a souvenir. Drive straight to Bokluea city to visit lots of attractions.
Once a year, Bretschneidera sinensis flowers will bloom here. Rare trees with small, yet beautiful pink flowers are located here in Doi Phu Kha National Park. They attract travellers to come here every February. Not only the flowers, but the trip uphill and amazing landscape is definitely worth your cheap flight!
Another highlight of Nan that you might have seen photos of before in your social media. A beautiful road on top of mountains. Just drive to 1256 Pua – Doi Phu Kha – Bokluea and 1081 Pua – Bokluea. It will be more beautiful with a bird eye view so if you have a drone – use it!
