  • Update: The Thailand Pass system will temporarily disable registration for all Test&Go Thailand entry and Sandbox Thailand entry except Phuket. However, those who have registered, The following practices must be performed:
  (1) Registered person and approved will be able to travel to Thailand. (2) Registered person and waiting for consideration, Please wait for the Thailand Pass (QR code) consideration and, if approved, you can travel to Thailand. (3) Passenger will travel to Thailand In the form of quarantine (AQ) and sandbox format in the area of Phuket. can register normally. (4) Passenger have entered Thailand or has been approved to enter Thailand in the form of Test & Go and Sandbox, must undergo a 2nd infection test by RT-PCR method at a government facility only with free of charge.  
  • Singapore allows Thai nationals to enter Singapore quarantine-free. It must comply with the following conditions:
(1) Travellers intending to utilise the Vaccinated Travel Lane (Land) to travel from Thailand to Singapore. Singapore Airlines flights can be accessed: BKK-SIN flight SQ 705 (359M) and BKK-SIN flight SQ 707 (359). (2) All Thai nationals must apply for and register for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (Air) (VTP Air) here (3) Registration for the VTP Air requires must followers see details (4) When checking in at the departure airport, travellers must present to the airline staff see details (5) When Thai passengers arrive in Singapore Must comply with the following rules see details  

Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) Information

  • Starting 23 December 2021 until 20 January 2022, there will be a temporary suspension of new bookings for all VTL flights to Singapore, as per directive from the Singapore Government.
  • Transit travelers or travelers with a confirmed VTL flight booking within those dates are not affected and may proceed with their travel.
  • There is no change to existing VTL or COVID-19 test requirements, and travelers with existing bookings may enter Singapore quarantine free as long as they meet all VTL requirements. Read regulations below or visit FAQ page to see frequently asked questions about VTL.

Flight Refund & Reschedule

  • In most cases, the refund process may take up to 90 days
  • If your departure date has passed but your refund request is still being processed, there is no need to contact us again. Traveloka works closely with airline partners to make sure your refund request is processed accordingly.
