For flexible date vouchers, the validity is typically longer than 1 day. This means you can still use your voucher beyond the selected planned visit date, as long as it is within the validity period.

Note that we strongly suggest you visit the venue on your selected visit date to ensure the availability of service. If you decide to visit the venue some time later or outside the selected visit date (even though it’s still within the validity period), we suggest you contact the partner prior to visiting to avoid issues with the booking.

To find out if the voucher is a flexible date voucher, follow these steps:

1. In the voucher selection list, you can see the validity period of the voucher under the voucher name. If the validity info states "Use within xx days of selected date", it means your voucher is a flexible date voucher. In the example below, the flexible date voucher has a 14-day validity after your selected visit date, which means you have 14 days to use the voucher starting from your selected visit date.

2. After you select the voucher and the intended visit date you want in the next page, you can now see the validity of your voucher.

In the example below, if you select a visit date for 14 January 2021, you can use your voucher between 14 January and 28 January 2021.
