How to Purchase Add-ons After Your Flight E-ticket Is Issued

If your e-ticket is already issued, there are several ways to purchase add-ons:

- During online check-in. Log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App, and then follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Booking and then open the booking that needs an add-on.
  2. In the Manage Booking section, tap Online Check-in.
  3. Read the online check-in policy. Check the I agree to the Online Check-in Policy, then tap Continue.
  4. If you fly with Citilink, you will see the Select Seat option. Tap it if you want to purchase a specific seat. Otherwise, you can proceed to choose your add-on under Things you might need at the airport. Then, tap Check In.
  5. Check the total price, then make the payment.

 

Things to note:

  • Add-ons can only be purchased at the latest 50 minutes before online check-in closing time. To see your airline’s online check-in closing time, go to this page and choose your airline.
  • If you don’t see the add-on you need during online check-in, it could be due to several reasons:
  • You are checking in less than 50 minutes before online check-in closing time.
  • You are checking in outside of the provider’s operational hours.
  • The add-on is not yet available on Traveloka.
  • Via Xperience. Log in to your Traveloka account on Traveloka App. On the homepage, choose Xperience and then search the add-ons you need. 
    • From the airline. Purchase the add-ons by contacting your airline directly. To find your airline’s call center number, go to Flights on the homepage of the Traveloka website. Under Airline Partners, click your airline’s logo.
    • During check-in at the airport. Ask the airline staff to purchase the add-ons you need.
