1. You will receive a notification regarding your flight change via e-ticket, email, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels for certain countries. Tap the link provided in the message. (refer to the red box)
2. Here, you can review and compare the changes with your original schedule. If the changes are not suitable, tap the
refund or reschedule button to view your available options. (refer to the red box)
3. On the Flight Resolution Center page, you can review the applicable fees and policies if any, for both refund and reschedule options. Tap your preferred option, then follow the instructions provided in each feature to submit your request.
When submitting a refund request, select the refund reason “Cancelled by Airline” or “Rescheduled by Airline” based on the changes you experienced—to ensure that your request is processed in accordance with the appropriate procedures for your situation.
