Why did my flight get canceled/changed by the airline?

Due to various factors such as operational constraints or adverse weather conditions, airlines may make changes to flights, including schedule adjustments (rescheduling) or cancellations. These decisions are made to ensure the safety of all passengers.

If your flight is affected by such changes, there’s no need to worry—Traveloka is here to assist you. Traveloka will also send you a notification regarding any changes to your flight via your e-ticket, Email, WhatsApp, and other available channels.

The notification will include alternative solutions, allowing you to either reschedule your flight or request a refund (if applicable). Also, if the change is categorized as significant, you may get a special policy for a full refund and free rescheduling.
