If the price of the new booking is lower than my original booking, how long will it take to process a refund?

The refund process will be different depending on your original payment method. For non-credit card payments, the refund process may take up to 5 working days. For credit card payments, the process may take up to 14 working days.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following details:

  1. Refund through bank transfer will only be processed if the bank account holder is one of the hotel guests stated on the hotel voucher or the one making the reservation. Otherwise, please provide a scanned copy of a letter of authority, which must be signed by one of the guests, along with a scanned copy of the bank account holder’s ID card.
  2. Refund for purchases using credit cards will be credited back to the same credit card and is subject to the issuing bank’s terms and conditions.
  3. The amount of refund in multi-currency transactions will be adjusted to the currency exchange rate at the time of rescheduling.
