Hotel Rescheduling Fees

Since Traveloka will temporarily waive Traveloka Rescheduling Fee due to COVID-19, you may only need to pay reschedule fee imposed by the hotel.  This fee will be included in the price of your new booking. Therefore, if the total price of your new booking (inclusive of the reschedule fees) is lower than the total price of your original booking, the difference will be returned to you through the credit card you used to make the booking or through bank transfer. For Indonesian users who made their payments through PayLater and UANGKU Balance, the difference will be returned to the respective methods. However, if the price of the new booking (inclusive of the reschedule fees) is higher than the fare you have already paid, you will need to pay the difference.
