How to Request a Receipt Under My Company’s Name

If you want to request a receipt under your company’s name, you can do it through the Traveloka App if your voucher is already issued. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Traveloka account.

2. Go to the Bookings page and choose the booking for which you need a receipt.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Send Receipt.

4. Enter the email address where you’d like to receive the receipt. Check the box for "I will use the receipt for company reimbursement."

5. Fill in your company's details.

6. Tap Send Now. You’ll get the receipt sent to your email shortly.

Here are the conditions and benefits of issuing a receipt under your company’s name:

- This feature is only available through the Traveloka App (not on the website).

- The booking must be made in Thailand.

- Company details can be entered in Thai, English, or special characters.

- There’s no limit to the number of receipts you can request.

- You’ll get the receipt shortly after submitting your request.
