Maximum Refund

Terms and Conditions

  1. Refund Okay is eligible for transactions made using Thai Baht.
  2. Refund Okay is applicable for non-refundable hotel/accommodations only.
  3. Refund Okay refunds 80% of the total amount paid for the booking, including extra beds, extra breakfast and other hotel add-on services (if any), capped at the maximum of THB 1,800 per room per night for Domestic Hotels or at a maximum of THB 3,600 per room per night for International Hotels.
  4. You must exercise Refund Okay by submitting a refund request on Traveloka app no later than 1 day before the check-in date, otherwise your Refund Okay will no longer be exercisable and your booking or late refund request will no longer be refunded
  5. Refund Okay fee is non-refundable.
  6. Once your booking is complete, the full T&C will be sent to your email.
  7. By purchasing and/or using Refund Okay, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all provisions outlined in these terms. For any inquiries about the terms and conditions of Refund Okay, please contact our Customer Service.
  8. Refund Okay cannot be exercisable against non-hotel add-on services and payment using Traveloka points and Traveloka coupons/vouchers.  
  9. Refund Okay is not eligible if the customer has: 
  • checked-in, 
  • requested for a refund on the check-in date, 
  • requested for a refund directly to the hotel/accommodation, 
  • requested for a reschedule instead of a refund, or 
  • made changes directly to the hotel (changes include but are not limited to changes in the customer’s details e.g. name, title).


How to Claim

  1. Tap My Booking to open your wished-to-be-refunded booking.
  2. Select Refund & Reschedule tab on the top, then tap Refund. Follow all the instructions there.
  3. Please note that only the refund requested max. 1 day before the check-in date will be refunded.
