Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well priced and had a really good variety.

Had a lovely room on the top floor with views of the mountains. Wish I could have stayed longer

This was the worst 4 star hotel I've stayed in in a long time. To start off the hotel is very rundown. The spa was disgusting, the steam room didn't work and it was overall not very clean. The staff was very unfriendly and not very willing to help . The rooms were quite clean however the curtains were all orty and stained and at first the shower water was very weird. It had a very strange smell and was a weird color. This hotel needs to be reformed.

Excelente estadía, habitaciones grandes y confortables y comida deliciosa

Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially 'Lomo Saltado' (Peruvian stir-fry). Only complaints were that some of the neighbours liked to party until the small hours and could be a bit noisy.

Great stay again in Soldeu at our favourite skiing hotel.

Everything was great; large, comfortable rooms, incredible breakfast and dinner and attentive staff, location. Sol at the reception was wonderful to deal with.

Front end staff was great

Personal amable, habitación enorme, con todas las comodidades, limpieza perfecta, todo estaba impoluto, vistas a la montaña. Cocina impresionante, cenamos en el hotel y todo estaba riquísimo. Desayuno abundante, muy variado y completo, con muchas opciones de dulce y salado. Experiencia increíble, volveremos seguro!

Hotel was very friendly and also were flexible in putting on an early breakfast one morning at 5.30am that was excellent

The hotel feels old and very tired. In our room the sink was blocked and one of the reading lights didn’t work and was hanging from its fixing! But the most disappointing thing was the food (and drinks) at breakfast. It was awful. The staff were helpful and friendly though. Amazingly the room rates were similar to the Piolets and Nourdy hotels!!

Good hotel with very friendly staff

The hotel is well situated, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were clean. The food was OK, and the common areas seemed fine although as it was half term all these areas were taken over by kids and families running around - so avoid half term time if you're bothered by this. The hotel is dated in appearance, and our room was very dark to the point where we had to use iPhone torches to see inside wardrobe to find/remove things. Our room didn't have any overhead lights except near the entrance door, and as it (like all of Soldeu) was painted in various shades of dark brown it really was a problem. For this reason alone, we won't sta\yt at this hotel again. Our friends were staying opposite in the very similar Hotel Piolets which we visited (it has a nice terrace bar outside, the common areas are a bit more modern, dining room has multiple buffet areas, unlike the Himalai single feeding station :) The room at our friend's hotel was also much brighter, with overhead lights. So I'm giving it a good score overall, and I suppose some rooms may actually have overhead lights - but just for this reason alone, we'd not revisit it.

Good hotel but it’s tiered and needing some TLC

Convenientemente localizado cerca de las montañas de esquiar. Hay 3 ski rentals sumamente cerca y el Hotel te da descuentos en algunas tiendas. Personal sumamente amable. Desayunos muy buenos. Variedad de restaurantes cerca.

Hotel was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Slight hiccup with our first room, but the staff swiftly sorted it and moved us. Breakfast had lots of choice - even for a vegan and vegetarian. Magician was a brilliant bit of entertainment one night!
