Very accommodating staff although they do not speak English. The room had mould on the walls and was very damp. And also the bathroom flooded when we took a shower because the shower curtain did not cover the full length of of the shower. Good location and cheap though.

should be cheaper than 40 per night ok shower, location great , just felt no privacy, feels like a school hallway.

The twin bed room is too small for 2 persons. Not enough space for the luggage of two. The blankets are too old and look dirty.

I stayed two nights at the Hotel Giralda during a trip to the Northwest region of Argentina. The Hotel was very close to the town square, which is a prime location as it's the site of several museums and the cathedral and also many restaurants and cafes. It made a good base for exploration of the town.

Great Hotel located next door to the main plaza, museums and great restaurants and cafes. Hotel is an old historic style building with comfortable clean rooms that have windows facing the interior, mine faced an interior courtyard. Rooms on upper floors seem to have outside facing windows. Bed was huge and comfortable with great bedding. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, and Salta is a beautiful city with great restaurants and a relaxed and safe vibe. Would stay here again!

Budget hotel, basic facilities.

Overall a good stay. Staff are nice, with daytime young woman being the most customer service oriented and cheerful. The large beds seems to consist of two small mattresses which pull apart or slide to one side, making it a bit uncomfortable at time to enjoy your sleep. The only issue turned out to be the lack of wi-fi access from the room assigned the first night. I was given a room closer to the front desk but still had a poor signal until the young lady asked if I was given a particular account to use. She did, and it solved the problem. Location is good. Property could use some TLC.

Hotel is run by a delightful couple. Rooms are spartan and continental breakfast very poor. Also, there is no fire escape other than a door that puts you onto the roof of another building! But, warm and very friendly and I certainly felt at home!

Buena ubicación, tiene todo cerca. Al tener un tour a las 07.00 h, nos prepararon el desayuno especial a las 06.30h. Creo que eso suma puntos.

Helt greit hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet. Rommene er tydelig slitt og hele hotellet generelt trenger en liten oppdatering. Men utifra pris får du det du betaler for. Frokosten er helt grei. Personalet er hjelpsomt og profesjonelt. Dersom pris og beliggenhet er viktig, da er dette hotellet helt topp!

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA: 1-Nos cobraron de más. Reservamos por Hoteles.com por un precio y nos cobraron más caro. Nadie se hizo responsable ni nos devolvieron el dinero. 2-Las fotos de las habitaciones de la página son engañosas, la realidad es que las habitaciones son pésimas, antiguas y con humedad (lo pueden comprobar en las fotos que subí). 3-El WiFi jamás nos anduvo bien en la habitación. 4-El desayuno muy flojo en relación al precio que uno paga. 5-Te cobran para llenarte el termo con agua caliente, se ve que no les alcanza con el dinero que pagamos, ni para tener ese gesto. 6-No tienen cochera, pero te dicen que podes estacionar frente al hotel cuando eso es MENTIRA ya que los mismos inspectores te dicen que NO se puede, así que a todo el gasto que uno tiene se le suma una cochera. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y la atención de las recepcionistas. Lucas, el encargado, deja mucho que desear, jamás se hizo presente para solucionar nuestro reclamo.
