Booked a junior suite for a night for USD49. I arrived at 9am, the reception staff gave me a room right away which was very much appreciated but I don't expect / demand this as of right. The 'junior suite' is just a double room, not particularly spacious but love the simple muted soothing colours. Everything is clean, bed comfortable. Large shower but can get a bit slippery. Unfortunately no idea whether breakfast is any good since I had to check out in the middle of the night at 2:30am. The night reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a ride with Cabify, he helped me call the driver and also asked me to stay inside the locked gates until the taxi arrives rather than stand on the street just to be on the safe side. Another staff helped me move my luggage into the car. Overall, nice comfortable stay, good customer service.

The check-in service was prompt and courteous. We arrived very early and they made every effort to get us a room immediately. Room was neat and clean and many sights were within walking distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was above standard . Plenty of scrambled eggs and toast. Plates and cutlery were sparkling clean. The room was clean and well maintained. As with most hotels we were required to wait several hours until check in time. Early morning check in after long international flight times once again presented us with a long wait before we were able to access the room to sleep. This something hotels need to address.

The hotel was very good, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Area around the hotel seemed a little run down and rough.

Can't beat the price for this high quality. Just a little out of the way but Uber is very inexpensive in BA.

This hotel was in a great central location. Close to sites to see and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful. And spoke some english. We had only planned to stay 2 nights but we liked it so much and felt so comfortable there we changed our plans and stayed a third night. That last night we rented a car for our drive into the country the next day and there is a parking garage across the street you may use, but they also had a small parking area that is for guests staying longer than 10 days to use. But since they had open space they allowed us to us it for $300 pesos a night, the same price as the garage across the street. Stay here if you are coming to Buenos Aires and want to have a little of the familiar comforts of home with you.

Very clean, modern hotel. I was very pleased with my whole experience there. Front desk staffer, Dario, was super helpful with both my earlier than anticipated arrival for check-in and in accommodating me for later check-out due to my later airport departure. I would totally stay at this hotel again as a first-choice within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and other amenities.
