Nearly everything in the hotel was excellent. Very clean and visitor freindly. One not so pleasant surprise for smokers: the hotel is labeled as non-smoking and, despite the fact that a smoking area has been advertised, none has been provided.

My room no was 1001, there was no air. It was absolutely suffocating hot. Couldn’t sleep at all in night. I speak to front desk, they said; they don’t run air conditioning. It’s off centrally

Not like the pictures at all. Staff was ok but manager has pour customers skills. Only stay if you have to. I payed $265 for a room posted at the hotel for $90. Would have been worth it if it was like the pictures on the web site.

The hotel has no bell boy service, you have to take your bags up to the rooms. The food at the restaurant is tasteless, breakfast service is included in the price but not much variety. The rooms are not very clean and they need updating. Some times you have to call the Reception for them to bring towels or toilette paper. Towels are old, worn out and sometimes with holes on it. The bath tubs are stained. The hotel personnel is not very well trained to please the guests.

Apart from being centrally located, nothing else was really good in this hotel. The shower floor was stained brown, door wouldnt close, sewer emitted a stink in the toilet, hair dryer didn't work and towels were tinged grey and threadbare. Wifi was free but the signal was irratic. I would take my money elsewhere.
