Absolutely fantastic apartment. Clean, spacious, and a wonderful and very informative host. Juan contacted us right after we landed and we kept him abreast of our progress (which was extremely slow because the Argentinian immigration took about 45 minutes).
The apartment was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was well equipped for foreign visitors. USB outlets on both sides of the bed, universal outlets in the living room. We'd highly recommend this apartment and should we ever come back, we certainly would stay at Marin again.

We had a great stay at Marin Apartments. We stayed 3 nights so that we could see Iguazu Falls from both sides. The apartment was in a great location with an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants and bars. The best part of this trip was Nicholas, the manager on call. He was very responsive and gave really good advice on how to get the Falls, restaurants to try, navigating the city... He let us get into the apartment a few hours early, saving us from walking around town with suitcases in very hot weather.
There is no elevator and this apartment in on the 2nd floor, which is the third story, so it does require walking up 3 flights of stairs.
The bedrooms and living area are a good size and the kitchen is huge and fairly well equipped. Since we were there in the heat of the summer (temps in the high 90's!) the kitchen door had to be kept close as the air conditioner couldn't keep up.
One problem we had was that the living room furniture was very low to the ground and quite difficult for us 60+ year-olds to get off of. There was a dining room table in the living area that we used a lot, instead. The master bed was on the firm side so just be aware if you prefer a softer mattress.
All in all, it was a great place and a great value for our stay to see Iguazu Falls and if we ever come back, this is where we will stay.

Nicolas was extremely helpful and the apartment was great with the exception of the traffic noise which went on till the early morning and started just before sunrise. Obviously there was nothing that could be done about the noise but if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs!

We had a great stay at Marin Apartments. We stayed 3 nights so that we could see Iguazu Falls from both sides. This is an apartment, not a hotel.
Location couldn’t be better, just off a Main Street, very walkable. Host met me to check in and was incredibly helpful. Apartment is a little run down but perfectly comfortable. I would stay here again.

Juan was the perfect host. We were late in arrival but he was there waiting and althoth it was past midnight he spent considerable time in helping us with an agenda of suggestions of what to do and see. He even carried local currency which he was able to exchange for us.

This comfortable apartment is an excellent value. The bedroom appeared to have been recently renovated and had a very comfortable king bed. Air conditioning in the bedroom allowed for restful sleeps even with 37C days during our stay. We didn’t use the televisions but there were two, in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped although our stay was too short to do our own cooking other than coffee in the morning. The bathroom was fine although is not up to the same standard as the rest of the apartment.
Check-in and check-out were easy. We were met at arrival by Juan Pablo who was a wonderful host that took time to advise us about the apartment, town, attractions and transportation. He helped us with an itinerary and stored our bags on our departure day so we could explore.
