What Guests Say About Their Stay

We were a couple staying in a private room with a shared bathroom. The hostel staff were all lovely with varying levels of English but were all happy to help. There are cooking facilities in the kitchen and two large fridges that you can store your own items in if you would like to cook. Also some basics for sharing like oil and spices too. On a morning the hostel lay out a selection of items for you to prepare yourself such as cereals, bread, spreads, fruit and eggs. There is also tea, coffee, juice, yoghurt and milk. If anything is running low the staff have more that they restock with so just let them know. The room itself was very modest. 4 lockers for your bags, a desk and chair a double bed and two side tables. All clean and tidy and a towel provided. Personally I found the memory foam mattress and pillows very difficult to sleep on but as this was only a short stay it was fine. The bathroom was a little way from the particular room that we stayed in and had two shower cubicles, one toilet and an additional sink. All seemed clean when we were using them and had no complaints. There is also an outdoor communal seating area space to sit as a large group or smaller separate ones. And also indoor tall tables as well as a comfy seated area. All very good for the rate, but possibly not somewhere to stay for a long time. In close proximity to the bus station which is very handy, although we really liked the other side of town near the Parque General San Martin more

I really loved this hostel. The staff were all super helpful and friendly answering questions and with booking wine and horse back riding tours. The hostel atmosphere was a good balance of fun and friendly without being a crazy party. We all grilled out one night and the staff cooked some great stuff. This is my favorite hostel in Argentina so far!

Honestly it is just ok. Bear in mind that this is a family-run hostel so basically you the owners (plus a cat) live in there with you and will watch everything you do. The worst part is that past midnight you’re force to go to your bedroom as they shut all the lights down, I think some of them sleep in the living room, that’s the reason why.

Really great staff who are super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was fun but not like a constant party. I stayed for a total of 5 nights and loved it here. Also booking wine tours are easy with the front desk and are just as cheap as going out and doing all the leg work to get to them yourselves.

They charged me 10 percent extra for the credit card, and then they used a lousy exchange rate to charge me in dollars, at the end instead of 540 peso Argentina I paid almost 800 pesos, totally disappointing

Travelled with my 23 year old daughter; we shared a bunk room. It was very small and had very little storage but otherwise fine. Bathroom (shared) next door but we were asked not to use that shower as the water flowed into the garden ☹️. Good kitchen, not bad breakfast with squeezer where you could squeeze oranges provided. 😀. Super garden/courtyard where everyone gathered. Lovely staff and other guests. We had a great time but the bathrooms should have been cleaned every day in a place where loo paper has to go in the bin.

Un hostal en mal estado general, que no justifica su precio de US $ 42. Pagué y no usé el hotel.

Stayed for two nights in the hostel. Cozy place and real nice and helpful people at the hostel. Its close to the center and bus terminal. The mattresses are pretty soft, but for the price not a reason to complain.

We had the spacious superior room in the upper floor with a tiny balcony. Staff and especially the owner were really helpful organising tours to the surrounding of Mendoza on our own, like the Aconcagua National Park. The breakfast was simple but good and served at any time you needed it, even at 5am! The hostel is perfectly located, very close to the city center and only a few blocks from the bustermial. We had a really nice stay and took part in a great barbecue in the garden.
