Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

Awesome stay!

Divi Phoenix is my Aruba home away from home. It's family friendly, the staff is friendly and accommodating, it's a short walk to shopping and restaurants and other hotels. Pure Beach's quality of food has improved greatly and is reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back.

Property had everything you would want in a relaxing quiet vacation. Friendly staff, great pool and beach, not overcrowded, close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants but far enough away that it is a little quieter and more spread out.

The resort was awesome!

Staff at Divi is amazing. Hotel is in a great location. Wish the renovations were more consistent across the different buildings (e.g., bathrooms need to be remodeled and not all of them were).

Many portions of the property are rundown and desperately need renovation. Very limited eating options. Getting pool chairs is almost impossible unless you are willing to pay employees cash to reserve. Extremely disappointing.

Spacious suite, with beautiful views. Quiet and nice place. Friendly staff, specially the cleaning Lady.

The resort is ok, and I honestly think it could be great if it ran properly but with the current cost, old moldy rooms and terrible staff, I can’t stay here again. Possibly was given the worst room in the place (506) beyond run down, everything falling apart, begged cleaning service to come and was told many different stories - “cleaning only comes once a week” or “the only day we don’t clean is Saturdays” couldn’t get a straight answer and could never call the front desk or contact cleaning. A hassle daily, for 7 days. The day they wanted to clean the room was the day we were checking out! While I was complaining to the front desk about an unclean room for 3 days (seriously what’s the point of staying in a hotel??) another woman came down complaining her room hadn’t been cleaned either. The tower is just so dingy. The pool and beach seem to be well kept but it is so windy daily and walking to town just seems a little too far. In summary, you’re not getting any bang for your buck here at all, I think there are better options

The swim up bar and pools were very nice. Nice big hot tub. Only dislike was the musty smell in the room. The hot tub in the bathroom didn't seal against the wall, so I'm guessing there is water and mildew trapped behind and under the corner jetted tub. It appeared they are updating the buildings, unfortunately we were in the non updated area. Overall though, a great place, we'll be back to Aruba soon!

Very disappointed with Expedia and this property. Was suppose to be all inclusive and IT IS NOT!

Very nice room!

The rooms in the Towers had a terrible smell (dampness). The general manager (Pearl) was fantastic to deal with and she promptly addressed our concerns. The staff led by Sean (restaurant manager), Simone, Gio, and Ronald were awesome.

We have stayed here multiple times. Great beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

Mold in villa units and not completed construction debri and noise and the swim up bar was full of screaming kids not what I expected

Three rooms were offered as replacements and all had heavy mold odors. Total disaster we ended up leaving the resort

Beautiful

No straws, outdoor bathrooms had a horrible odor. Grounds were well kept staff was excellent all around. There weren’t to many food options on premises and very little entertainment. Rooms was clean every day. Beach staff extremely nice.

Everything was wonderful except the ceiling in our bathroom was leaking the last day… I reported the situation and maintenance came immediately… apparently the people in the unit about us had water overflow from the tub/shower…
