The Mill Resort & Suites

Excellent and accommodating service as well as buffet breakfast. We return here year after year at least half a dozen times. Only recommendation is more umbrellas at beach. Otherwise highy recommend this resort.

Overall, The Mill is an excellent facility; the only area I would recommend for improvement is the beach area. The beach chairs need some TLC and need to be replaced. Also, you can make room for some additional umbrellas.

I don't like people telling me they will call me to see if they can change my room if you can't change it you should still call and be honest don't have someone waiting to hear from you and never received a call back 🤔😞

The place was good overall. However, we needed to keep requesting room service. The property was great and breakfast was awesome.

Good wholesome property

This was a perfect stay for my family with 2 small kids for our first trip to Aruba! We loved it and would definitely return. It was very clean, great breakfast each morning, multiple pools, kids cave, and a golf cart to get to the beach. It was smaller and quieter which was perfect. The staff were wonderful our entire trip and we cannot say enough good things!!

The included full breakfast buffet was very nice. Good quality and many options to choose.

It was very cozy comfortable private felt like at home had everything we needed. People were very nice. Helpful good vibes friendly would definitely come back.

Rundown little hotel with broken pool umbrellas, unfriendly staff and outdated decor and rooms

It was 5 minutes walking to the beach and all the restaurants and bars are around We will be back

Very nice, clean, well maintained and located Resort. We got the room we asked for and my wife was very happy about that . Thank you Emily and thank you Izaira for a nice surprise when we entered the room.... Checking in at the hotel hotel took just a few minutes and we had opportunity to meet a very nice and knowledgeable receptionist Mr. Anderson. And this very good beef soup , so delicious . Thank you Marlene for giving us the recipe on how to make it. You're very nice and cheerful women. And Mrs.Esther from De Palm Tours who help us rent a car at a reasonable price, thank you! I could write like this endlessly... Thank you management and everyone working hard at Mill Resort. It was a pleasure to stay at Mill Resort ! Danki ! Dushi Aruba!

This was our second time staying here and plan to stay again! Friendly staff, nice property, and easy access to parking.

The hotel is located within 15 minutes drive from the airport and close to the beach - you can walk or get the hotel shuttle. Property is clean and well maintained: two big pools, a kiddy pool, a restaurant “Allegro bistro”. Complementary breakfast has a lot of options and is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean. The only minor issues with the room were “grainy” TV and poor WiFi which honestly did not bother me much - I did not come to Aruba to watch TV. Unfortunately, most of the staff is not friendly, especially the front desk. They seemed to be annoyed and I was treated like an uninvited guest who came to their house. Front desk is the face of the hotel and they shall set the mood for the stay and they clearly ruined it for me. Only few staff members who I have interactions with made me feel welcomed : thank you Glen from the front desk, Ricardo and Elvy from the Allegro bistro. A special “thank you” to Zully from the Allegro bistro who was very nice, kind, and attentive.
