This boutique-style hotel offers a welcoming, cozy atmosphere for solo female travelers. Staff are friendly and generally responsive. The hotel provides 4-star-level service. At the front of the hotel, you will find a front desk, bar, restaurant, and working area, but somehow the space works. Food is satisfactory, but the menu is limited, and there's no room service. Orders are provided in takeout containers only. The iced chai lattes are a standout feature. The rooms with queen-size beds are clean and compact, featuring an open wardrobe, a small desk, and limited walking space. My room provided slippers but no robe. Many amenities, such as toiletries and hangers, were available upon request. A major plus was the free water (still and sparkling) at water servicing areas on all floors. Facing a residential street, my room was quiet. The hotel is near Pyrmont Bridge, Darling Harbour, and Sydney’s central business district. To reach major attractions like the Sydney Opera House on the other side of town, plan on taking a bus, train, or Uber. I would stay here again.

Clean and modern hotel. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Complementary still and sparkling water in room. Excellent staff. Close to the Star. Short walk to ICC or across bridge to city.

Rooms are a bit small even for the upgraded room but the balcony over looking Darling Harbour was huge. Amenities were excellent and the rooms are all sound proof so no excessive noise from elsewhere. Received an email after booking telling me the Parking off site was $60. Overall enjoyed the stay.

A very welcoming reception. All front staff were helpful and professional. All facilities were modern and well maintained. The cafe food was excellent.

We stayed in the king room and it was fantastic. Good size room, decor really lovely, bed was so comfortable, blackout blinds for a sleep in and an incredible shower. The location is on point, 5mins walk to casino, 10mins to Seafood markets, directly across from walkway bridge to city and bonus points that parking station is literally 200mtrs from car to hotel door. 100% would stay again and recommend.
