This boutique-style hotel offers a welcoming, cozy atmosphere for solo female travelers. Staff are friendly and generally responsive.
The hotel provides 4-star-level service. At the front of the hotel, you will find a front desk, bar, restaurant, and working area, but somehow the space works.
Food is satisfactory, but the menu is limited, and there's no room service. Orders are provided in takeout containers only. The iced chai lattes are a standout feature.
The rooms with queen-size beds are clean and compact, featuring an open wardrobe, a small desk, and limited walking space. My room provided slippers but no robe. Many amenities, such as toiletries and hangers, were available upon request. A major plus was the free water (still and sparkling) at water servicing areas on all floors. Facing a residential street, my room was quiet.
The hotel is near Pyrmont Bridge, Darling Harbour, and Sydney’s central business district. To reach major attractions like the Sydney Opera House on the other side of town, plan on taking a bus, train, or Uber.
I would stay here again.
