Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed the visit. The room we had was excellent but carpet could have done with a vacuum when we arrived. Despite this would totally recommend Brady Jones Lane.

Clean room small balcony loved the location easy walk to all locations walked from southern cross station to The Arts centre then back to Her Majesty Theatre highly recommend

Front desk staff are immensely pleasant and helpful. Room is clean, modern and I love a hotel with windows that open. Location is great. Lovely third party cafe on ground level. Light on extra amenities - which I have no need for.

Stayed at Brady Hotels Jones Lane for the Australian Open Tennis. Convenient location and a few mins walk from the heart of Swanston St. Staff provide 24/7 reception service and very helpful

It is okay but better to clean carpets between guests. I stayed there because of need to get taxi at 4 a.m and 2 big cases. So go down at 4 with desk unattended and note with mobile number to call. I ring cab and nearby door opens with sleepy young guy coming out. Never said a word and l managed as best l could. Can do better?

Pros 1. Staff were friendly, as you would hope 2. Bathroom is somewhat newly renovated 3. Korean restaurant downstairs is a little gem 4. Location is good, pretty close to china town and qv Cons 1. Room is cramped and small. Definitely not the feel like in the pictures on their website. 2. Room smelt wet and mouldy. Hard to get rid of the smell. 3. Bathroom, kinda mouldy in grout. Must be hard to clean. 4. Balcony is inaccessible, view is pretty much a weird courtyard for people to throw rubbish and cigarette butts.

It was on 2nd floor. You could see people in yhe office in the opposite buildings you cant open the curtain to keep your privacy. That was terrible
