The staff were lovely and very accommodating however we encountered issues with the restaurant and they’re grossly understaffed because they were unable to cope with 6-9 tables of people and serving meals. We stayed at this accommodation due to proximity to the events center and paid for the shuttle service from this motel and confirmed with the staff we were on the 6.30 shuttle and if we’d have time to eat, so they knew we were on a time limit issued by the same establishment, we had an hour, plenty of time to order and eat however our meals still hadn’t turned up by 6.20 so we were given a refund and never got a meal due to having to leave to go to the bus waiting for us. Not a great start to a night out but this is a staffing and time management issue, it wasn’t busy. Overall the beds were some of the comfiest ever and really soft.

We have stayed here previously prior to the new owners taking over and still found the place in very good condition and still with the terrific staff. The restaurant is very good and the unit bed and other facilities excellent. Nice and quiet.

Great place to stay, very easy location, handy to Brisbane airport, staff quick to update to next level, clean, quiet and comfortable, enjoyed our overnight stay.

the staff were so friendly and helpful when we checked in, we arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in early which was so nice. the size of the room for what you pay is a great deal, the pool was super clean and the grounds were kept maintained, such a convenient spot with all the shops across the road. would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed one night prior to my flight back to the USA. My stay exceeded my expectations. It is a motel (which I prefer to a hotel) with parking in front of the room. The property has multiple access points with minimal security. It is also on the corner of two busy roads, but I felt safe. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice linens and a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked great and there were at least 20 channels on the tv. It has a great pool, and a restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner. There was a small fridge in the room and a couple of bottles of water were provided for free and coffee could be purchased in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool towels were provided and they loaned me a phone adapter and stored my luggage before check-in. There were several fast food and other restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and bottle shop. I called an uber to get to the airport, which arrived promply. I would highly recommend for the price.

I was provided with a free upgrade to a king size bed from the queen. Room was very spacious & clean. Similar properties rooms are like a matchbox.

The room was huge! Biggest ive ever come across. The rooms were so quiet. Couldn't ask for a better stay. I slept so peacefully. The bed was comfy and the room came with bottled water

The staff were friendly and the property well presented. The room was mostly clean and great value for money. It was quiet which surprised us given its main road location. Overall a great stay and we will return.
