Carool Holiday Apartments

The view of the famous super bank surf spot was why we chose Carool. spent most of our time on the verandahs(3 great views) Surf was fabulous.

Overall this is a good apartment and is a good place to stay. However, there were two key problems - Major construction - likely to last the next 2 years - not relaxing at all. No one wants construction noise on holidays. Couldn't open windows, sit near the pool, enjoy the balcony - just horrible. Also, we don't mind tired apartments if they are clean. The carpet really needs to be replaced. No one feels good in a space where there are serious stains all over white carpet.

Ocean views are amazing, and the sound of waves crashing on the headland rocks and beaches is excellent.

Carool Apartments is the place to stay at Rainbow Bay / Coolangatta. Well appointed apartments in a prime location. The beach, shops, surf club, bars and restaurants are all in easy walking distance. Clean rooms and staff who go out of their way to make your trip memorable. The swimming pool upgrade make your stay even better. Spectacular views of Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. We will stay again !

Excellent location. What a pleasant surprise it was walking into this unit. A spacious, well appointed unit with fantastic views over Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. A very short walk to the beach, and handy to Rainbow Bay Surf Club. Everything you could want on vacation. Comfort, food, beach and bar. Highly recommended.

This property was in a very good location all walking distance to the beach, cafe and local malls. The staff here were very helpful and polite. Well worth the stay.

Love this place and the location. Always treated kindly and are able to enjoy the beautiful rooms and surroundings. Been back twice and be back again! Thank for making us welcome and comfortable

Tina and Mick were outstanding … lovely friendly and obliging hosts The view from 8th floor was spectacular Close to beach, surf clubs , shopping , restaurants and amazing walks and stunning sunsets Would most certainly recommend and will definitively be back Sorry to have to leave Many thanks Tina and Mick 😊

Spacious apartment with good views north east and north west. A little ‘tired’ - curtains, bathrooms but ok. Enjoyed our stay - quiet and very close to beach.

Great views and nice aspect but no air conditioning would make it a hot unit in summer.

Best location you can ask . 2 minutes walking to Snappers rock . Tina, the manager was great, very attentive and helpful. The con about our stay was that the apartment didn’t have windows screens or screen doors. We rented the apartment on the first floor and once we opened the windows we got a mosquito issue in the unit. We were told that we could sleep with our windows open and screens was not necessary but unfortunately that was not the case . We had to sleep with all the windows closed and that was a bummer . The weather was not super hot outside otherwise it would have been miserable. Tina, the manager gave us some citronella , bug sprays and fans , that was helpuful.
