We had a great view of the city and the room was spacious and clean. Carpet has seen better days and the room gets a bit hot at night (not sure what was going on with the aircon); otherwise, all good. Will stay there again.

The location is perfect - so much is within walking distance or, if so inclined, to the trams.
The rooms and hallways did need a bit of TLC. Carpets were stained and the room needed some colour. Nonetheless, the room was a great size, very comfortable, and the view was second to none. would I stay here again - absolutely!

On arrival staff at reception were so polite & helpful. Great vibe right from the get-go!! Very clean & smells amazing. The buffet breakfast was just wonderful & fresh. Can`t wait to come back & stay again. Did I mention how good the location is!!
