Convenient store across the road advantage esp when certain amenities like toothpaste not provided by the hotel or late dinner when most restaurants close around the vicinity

The staff at this hotel was amazing. A special shout out to Maeve. She was wonderful in every respect.

Close to Woolworths and walking distance (10 mins) to the southbank promenade. Tram and public transport access a little far / confusing. Overall - a nice stay. Thank you!

The bathroom made a loud purging sound constantly throughout the night, so hardly got any sleep. Good location and parking at $25 nearby was a positive.

The room was TINY. 2m by 3.5m. You wouldnt want 2 ppl in it - sleeping room only - even the sink basin was installed sideways to fit it in the miniature bathroom! No nautral light, the door to what looked like once was a balcony was locked and sticky taped all around. Air con was very noisy, as was outside traffic noise. Fine for a single person one night stay if you are not spending anytime there other than sleeping.

Location was amazing We have stayed he before so decided to stay again however our stay was not a good as last time. Didn't use the shower Friday night as was out most of the night, however had a shower Saturday night and had so many issue, the shower head would not stay up, it would keep moving, when it was turned off it nearly hit me in the head as it fell off, I love a really hot shower however this was burning and it was really had to control the temp and the shower head at the same time. We then went to settle off to bed and for the life of ours we either had to have all the lights on or non of the lights, no matter which was we had the light switches we could not just have the bedside lights on, so frustrating. Didn't bother ringing reception or going down to chat with them it was late and well I wanted to sleep even if hubby wanted to read.
