We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s so quirky and modern. You can’t beat this place for value for money and such a convenient location.
The room was small but no issue at all as it was so clean and modern. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a budget option right in the heart of Southbank.

Upon on arrival we got asked for payment. Payment was made 6 weeks beforehand. Another staff member came and asked for proof of payment which we gave. Then we got an email again asking for proof of purchase. So not a good start. Rooms are small and pokey with no privacy in the bathroom as no door (door only to toilet and shower) customer service was only good on checkout as receptionist was lovely but all the rest just didnt seem to care for example bags were stored in room with no bag tags meaning anyone could have taken our bags.

Rooms are small but clean. It was 40 degrees when we stayed there and the air conditioner was struggling from the minute we got there.
One staff member was very unfriendly but the other 2 people we dealt with were lovely people.

Small room but clean and good for a quick stay. Location was great - just cross from Crown/Southbank. Check out staff were unwelcoming in my opinion, were too busy to even greet you or ask how the stay was upon check out.

Position was good for conference. Room had view of lane and garbage bins. It was generally quiet. Our room was last serviced on 2nd floor so I returned at approximately 3-4 pm to unserviced room which I the vacated to have cleaned. I had been out all day. This on the 2 full days we stayed. Room was small but comfortable the bathroom excellent and very clean and tidy. It also appeared reasonably fresh and fittings new. We did not receive the free bottle of wine as offered in original promo from hotels. Com.

Arrived at property - first nite - A/C failed turning off every 20 seconds. As windows cant be opened moved to another room at 4am. Completely frustrated.
Cleaning of new room - didn’t happen until after 2 days.
New room was not ideal. William - reception - was absolutely fabulous but could only help so much - his manner was friendly and professional. Main reason we didn’t leave.
We have stayed 4 times previously but sadden to say they have lost our business. As we booked with Wotif nothing could be done to compensate us for a disappointing stay. For this to occur it was explained it would have to of been booked direct with Hotel.
