Nice place to be at in Perth

Had a great stay. Only real negative was the merchant service charge added to out credit card

It was a lovely place to stay in the city

We stayed at the end of May and the room was SOOO hot. We were all sleeping with tshirts and no blankets. We had our 1 year old with us and even with her nappies in a bin in the bathroom with the doors closed, the whole hotel room stunk of nappies the whole time (which we have not experienced in other hotels). There was only 1 bin (none provided in the bathroom) which was also an oversight. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told to take a seat and “someone would be with us shortly” for check in. We waited ~30 minutes and even when the staff had no clients at the desk we were not called forward. When they finally checked us in, no explanation of the hotel and its amenities were given, and I had to request breakfast hours as e had breakfast included in our stay. Overall very disappointing stay for the rating of the hotel.

As with Intercontinental Hotels they are all good. Here in Perth the breakfast was excellent with all of the choices they had. It is located in a central position handy to everything in the city.

Great amenities but surprised a 5 star hotel didn't have toothpaste in the bathroom...checkin experience was not great. Said we'd be called when room was ready but we didn't get a call. Had to chase it up...was told our bags were already in the room...they weren't. Complimentary glass of champagne on arrival a nice touch though!

Spacious room for family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful.

I felt like the team went above and beyond. I stayed 11 days and it was exceptional.

I booked a 1-night stay and a 3-night stay at Intercontinental. I couldn’t sleep the entire night during my first stay as there is a recurrent low frequency noise every hour that’s ON for 10 minutes in every hour. I feedback to the front desk but they have no clue about it. The next stay during my checkin I raised my concern again, the front desk this time tells me it could be the minibar and I can call them to turn it off. Later I heard it again in the evening and called up the manager, and indeed it’s the minibar!!!!!!!!! If you are a light sleeper, remember to ask to TURN OFF MINIBAR in the room. It’s the first and only time I have encountered such noisy minibar in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!! Apart from the minibar noise, the rest is okay. The basic twin city view room is indeed small. If you need a cot, the cot can be folded up to save space. The cot is of good quality and one side of it can be lowered, making it easier to put your infant/toddler in. There’s a safety hazard for the toddler in the room though - the rack below the TV, which has a sharp corner. If toddler runs in a room, can easily hit the corner and get injured. The breakfast is okay. The buffet only has fruits, milk, cheese, pastry, oat. One ala carte item is included and we enjoyed it. The carpark is next door. The short term parking bay in front of the hotel is often fully occupied. One can simply park at the Wilson Central Park carpark and get the parking ticket and bring it to the front desk.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were attentive, the rooms modern and clean. Great location too!

Poor service across the board, from check in to the dining experience at Heno and Ray. Would not recommend or stay again.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Staff are nice. Breakfast is nice. Nothing over the top. But a good stay.

Terrific hotel in the heart of Perth. Fabulous location, roomy comfortable rooms with great bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and onsite bars and restaurants. Lovely friendly and professional staff. Easy walking distance from stations, waterside, cultural centre and shops.

Vallet parking excellent along with the friendly staff. Room with view of cityscape very clean also. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. Pizza was dry & tough and the hot food was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated, not a fresh one remade.

Very clean and rooms are spacious with a comfy bed. Staff where very helpful

Fabulous stay, perfect area to get to station and buses. Definitely recommend… Thanks Vincent for my birthday cake 🎂🎂
