Stayed for a conference and meant I got to experience the Docklands area. Free tram straight into the city, by the water and very convenient to and from the airport. New, clean sizable rooms.

I have been wanting to stay here for so long, and it was worth the wait! Pool was fantastic, even on a cool Melbourne day. Staff were so lovely and the whole stay was fantastic. The rooms and amenities were beautiful and all the added touches, like a roof top bar and now a new burger bar was amazing! And so close to the waterfront, and Melbourne star and all the attractions.

Best customer service Ive recieved anywhere. Quinn is a true gem nothing we asked of her was too much including checking in a Birthday Cake and Cooler for a few hours before we headed to the harbour. She made to process very easy and handled us with grace. We had the buffet breakfast the next day on site again top tier service by staff. Would highly recommend.

The room was very clean however the floor hadn’t been mopped as o out a towel down on the floor and it was filthy, down side was there was no sink the fridge was warm kept nothing cold

Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyed the pool and spa. It would have been good to have a better selection of teas as there was just english breakfast and green tea. I prefer an earl grey which most hotels have but not a deal breaker. Will definitely come back

Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50% credit at Archie brothers. Overall really wonderful stay!

Pool was lovely - except the schoolaged children - bombs into the pool/ sliding off the water beds/ yahooing around the pool/slashing like windmills - it was a thursday /fri during term time - the parents were just sitting around chatting with the occasional shout out of dont do that - but the book or margarita was more enticing!! Was not enjoyable😢

Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. 2 x double rather than 2 x queen beds is strange. Limited cups/mugs/tea for 4 people. Too expensive for the room we got. Good location for an event at Marvel though. Service at the roof top bar was terrible and the cocktails and pizzas were pretty average. We are still waiting for them to bring the side plates they were meant to bring.
