Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight.
We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds.
Will not be staying again or recommending this place.

I do not recommend staying here over the weekend. The noise from the pub is unbearable and kept us awake until 3 am.
I believe a weekday stay wouldn't have that problem as the operating hours must be different.
The room was comfortable and clean. The check-in and out were easy.

It is attached to a bar which doesn't consider noise after midnight. There was a drum n bass DJ playing until 3.30am! Stay away from this place if you want any sleep at all. This hotel should not be taking guests.

A warning that the bar above turned into a nightclub and would be causing such a thumping through the night up until 2am should have been disclosed at booking. the rooms were stuffy with no air flow or windows able to be opened. When we checked out a day early the staff member that checked us out didnt seem at all aplogetic for the noise. There was a steady streem of drunk people walking outside the windows in the car park at all hours

Staff at reception rude, daily housekeeping missed, room was musty and smelt, noise at night continuos rolling kefs or barrels, finding anyone at reception was impossible ...basically a backpackers would have been cheaper and cleaner. Absolutely nothing went right from check in to check out ..just dirty and rude staff
