Flat is excellent and with included washer and dryer can't be beat for the price. Excellent location within easy walking distance to shopping or businesses. A microwave would have been a nice touch though.

very good location, very clean rooms. i made a mistake of taking the stairs after parking the car at the parking area. doors leading to stairs only opens from the outside, once inside, only way to get out is walk down to ground level to take the emergency exit.

The construction across the road was very noisy and impacted our stay as it wasn’t just during the day - it was night time as well.

Not at all the hotel's fault, but there's an extremely noisy construction project (railway station) operating 24/7 including holidays across the street. We spent 3 days in a room where the noise was so bad we became sleep deprived zombies -- earplugs helped a bit but not enough. We were in a room numbered 01. The hotel helpfully moved us to a new room (numbered 03) and it was fine. If booking this hotel, avoid rooms with numbers ending in 01 or 06. We think rooms numbered 04 will be OK and we think 02 or 05 somewhere in between the worst and the best. Being higher up will only help marginally.

Therre was construction right outside my room throughout the nights. I could not sleep due to this. All niught long. No warning given of this at all on booking!

It was in a great location for shopping, casino lots of bars and restaurants. Very easy to walk the city, paths were very uneven so you did have to look where you were walking.Lots of construction going on so a little noisy during thd day and through the night.

The unit itself was pretty dated and needed an upgrade, the property was in a good location. We pre-organised a late check in and then had to wait for the manager to arrive 15 minutes later, at 11pm, because the caretaker was uncontactable. We appreciated the manager coming down but were pretty tired and a little annoyed as we had confirmed the time we would be arriving and reassured that this time is ok.

The property is a little bit old and attention to detail in the cleaning could be a lot better. The rooms look nothing like the photos. The fridge wasn’t working in our room, however the staff were helpful and we were relocated to another room and they offered to pay for the spoilt food. No air conditioners in the bedrooms so it was very hot. The rubbish Shute was blocked and there was a build up of rubbish for a few days which was smelt throughout the floor we were staying on.
We probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Rooms could use a little updating. The washer/dryer was not the best and clothes came out wet a lot. Kind of annoyed that they didn’t provide detergent for the washing machine.

We the location great for access to the Brisbane River and its attractions especially the river ferry. There were plenty of dining options available within a few minutes easy walk.
The building is not a motel rather a residential complex with the 28th floor providing short stay accommodation.
