The staff was wonderful and our room was perfect for a night out in the city. Would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent location, amenities like the pool and spa were not that clean. The receptionist was excellent.

Fabulous location for ICC although didn’t realise at first that there were pedestrian overbridges into ICC. Even handier. Far prefer apartments to hotel rooms as have everything you need. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Cleanliness and facilities were great. Location was ideal for walking around Darling Harbour.

2 bedroom apartment really suited our needs. Loved the design of the hotel, transformed from the wool shed. Walking to the room was quite different, which we liked. Very carbon neutral hotel, which I value as well. Only hiccup was check in. Whilst a busy time was a little slow. Would stay again.

Loved the ensuite in the split level 2 bedroom apartment with another bathroom and another toilet upstairs.

Great location and spacious room. However, the pool had such a strong chlorine smell that it was unusable for anyone with sensitive skin or a sensitive nose. The gym felt poorly set up and unsafe—my husband had accident with the cable machine, hitting his head. A resident mentioned the equipment was second-hand and that the same thing had happened to him before. My husband needed medical attention for his injury, but no apology or compensation was offered.

The room was clean. Comfortable bed, convenient location and quiet considering the how close we were to the action in Darling Harbour. And with kitchenette too. The pod machine was a nice touch!

Room was old, lighting was poor and there was hairs in the bathroom and food scraps on the kitchen floor. Cleaning standards were very poor

The building is a heritage site which means its not very modern. The executive suite we stayed at had significant wear and tear. However, the premises has a pool, sauna and hot tib which was a plus, and the service was excellent.

Hotel was amazing, staff were friendly. Great and easy location- walking distance to harbour and light rail. Only negative was never received a response to asking about later check out.

Amazing location for darling harbour and Tiktok / Entertainment Centre. Frankly walking distance to Paddy's Markets and Town Hall etc - so plenty to see and do in walking distance. Actual apartment was quite big , bed comfy, air con was great and bathroom was clean- what else do you need? We would return - no doubt about it.

Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites — 4 stars Clean, basic suite with a full kitchen. King bed with a medium-firm mattress, sitting on the firmer side of medium — side sleepers may find it a little firm. Two soft king pillows and two soft standard pillows. Walkability is a strength: 5 minutes to the tram, 10 minutes to Darling Harbour, The Star and the ferry. A small IGA is 5 minutes away and a larger Coles 10 minutes. Restaurants across all cuisines and price points are within a 10-minute walk. Some background traffic noise, not intrusive. Recommend requesting a higher room to avoid street-level noise from the alleyway behind. Minor issues: housekeeping setup was lacking — toilet seat left up, TV not set to a working channel (no free-to-air or internet, requiring a call to reception), quirky microwave, only 2 espresso pods, 2 sugars, and no milk. No onsite parking; paid parking available nearby. Check-in at 6pm was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful, and prompt in resolving the TV issue.

Styed a few times.. great value for money

The staff were very helpful. The room was big and bright, with all kitchen amenities. With washer dryer also. Bed was very clean and comfortable, easy access to train station or city centre. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay gain.

Service was really good, the shower set up was not good, fell while trying to get around shower screen. Other than that was friendly accommodation

Room was bigger than expected. Comfy beds and nice shower.

Ideal location. Some rooms a little tired but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for employees attending a work function nearby.

The hotel is in a great area - walking distance to Darling Harbour. The building is old and needs updating in many areas. The kitchen needs renovation. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.
