Great location. Spacious room. We loved it

The buffet breakfast was open in the morning. We only found out because we questioned about the restaurant. The price was the same for kids and adults. I think $25 for a bowel of cereal is too much. We also had to pay for parking $20 a day.

Comfy room and bed.

Need to update to reflect restaurant closed, and back of house areas (laundry etc) need a good clean.

A bit dated but good location.

Great sized room for the cost. Pool and gym on site as well. Unfortunately at 10:45pm on my stay the fire alarm was set off ffor an unknown reason. I made my way down to reception where other guests were but there was no direction or communication from staff. No idea what happened or why it was going off or if there was a legitimate fire threat present. The fire brigade came out to assess and deactivated the alarm and said it should be fine to return to rooms but again no idea what the incident was in the first place and I left early the next day to a job so had no communication with staff. Thought this could’ve been handled a little better as safety is important. Other than that, room was tidy, clean and central.

Parking ok but should be free for undercover

Good size bedroom and comfortable. Unfortunately the interior of the property appears dated and has a strong cooking smell (also strong in our kitchen area) . Shower screen would not close properly resulting in plenty of water on floor, paint above shower badly peeling

Clean, spacious rooms with friendly housekeepers and reception staff. Free parking and easy to get around by car. Macquarie Centre is just a short distance away. The unit also comes with kitchen, a built-in washing machine and dryer making laundry very convenient. Amenities are generous, laundry powder and detergent are available each time we requested for it. Price wise - A bit on the pricey side but that’s expected in Sydney. Quiet stay overall but just unfortunately on our last night, the fire alarm went off early in the morning in one of the unit and disrupted our sleep. Would i recommend? Yes if you don't mind travelling as the hotel is not located near the city.

Great service apartments. Value for money for the space and facilities in the room. We were 5 of us and got our own space with 2 bedrooms and a living room.

Clean room nice staff quiet nice view from room. Yes place need refurbishment and carpets have seen better days but place is still clean. Close to metro and buses.

Nightmare not worth the investment, next time we will pay a little more to stay at Meriton in the same area. The pool wasn't operating which was disappointing on arrival. Gym was nothing like the photos. Our room had a water leak inside the carpet coming from a continuously running faulty tap, and nothing was done by the manager who was in constant bad mood. Only the day after the lovely reception lady offered to switch us to another room, which was slightly better although furniture was very dated and the TVs did not connect to the hotel's wifi (I had to hotspot). The hotel's corridors were smelly and full of marks and stains as an ultra low-cost stay would be, although we paid regular price. The best part was the comfortable bed and pillows, and the paid garage which had plenty of available spots.

Good but the pool was out of use, very disappointed. I was not informed of that

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, check in and out quick and easy, polite staff, convenient parking.

The decor on the floors needs repainting. When we arrived mug in apartment was chipped, bowls were not washed - looked like tomato sauce- and the safe didn’t work. Reception staff were helpful but safe not repaired despite assurances that it would be. Quite convenient for the Metro for the city which unfortunately wasn’t working the first day we were there - not hotels fault but irritating just the same!

Good spacious rooms, comfy bed and pillows and reception staff were lovely.
