I always choose to stay at this property, the rooms are spacious, everything functions well, it is comfortable and for a single female traveller very safe (this is important for me) What I sometimes forget to mention is the 5 star pillows, linen and towels, it astounds me how some hotel don't see the value in the detail, it definitely is something I consider when staying somewhere which is sleep quality.

Compliments to Mr Ryan from ginger restaurant for the warm hospitality as well.
Hotel guests also have access to snap fitness that is open 24/7, attached mall has plenty of f&b, cafe, supermarkets.

Very hard to find the entrance.
Given the price, parking should have been included.
The room was clean and what you would expect for the price. The view from the room was good.
Buffet breakfast was good but nothing to rave about.
Room was too hot to sleep with a dooner and there was no top sheet on the bed, to enable the dooner removal.
Could not cool the room enough to sleep.
The pillows while nice and soft, made sleeping difficult.
The staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating.
The food was ok but not rave worthy. Good coffee.
Plenty of amenities near by, in the shopping center.
Unless we are attending a conference there again, we wont be making any effort the stay there again.

I stay here everytime that I go to Melbourne which is frequently, its safe as a single female travelling alone, easy parking, and shops below for last minute snacks or anything you have forgotten. Still has its new feel and everything works well such as aircon / heating, comfortable beds, shower pressure. Only negative is a small couch or big comfy chair would be good

I have stayed at this property multiple times, its definitely my go to when I'm in Melbourne. As a single female it is very safe, if I need something I have a supermarket and kmart underneath, again totally safe and the same for food if I don't want to eat in the hotel. It is also very comfortable. No negatives, but a bit of advice, a comfy lounge chair would really be great, the rooms are huge and have the room, just all you have is the bed to sit on so a big chair would be nice

Hotel perfectly adequate. Comfortable room. Good breakfast and restaurant for evening meal.
What is not good is the location. For an extended 12 night business stay on my own, it is too isolated from everywhere. There is nothing in the near by walking vancity to go to. No nice parks, no nice streets with a good selection of varied restaurants and bars etc. You need to get in the car and drive to find things to do.
